Md. Muktarul Islam is an emerging educator and a visionary academic entrepreneur from Muradpur, Dinajpur, Bangladesh. He is the founder and lead instructor of Muktar’s English Academy, a rapidly growing English learning center that provides structured coaching for SSC, HSC, admission test candidates, and spoken English learners. His mission is to make high-quality English education accessible and effective for students, especially in rural and semi-urban communities.
🎓 Educational Background
Muktarul began his academic journey with a Science background, achieving a GPA of 4.22 in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination in 2020 from Muradpur High School under the Dinajpur Education Board. Later, he pursued Business Studies in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) program at Dinajpur Govt. City College, scoring an impressive GPA of 4.58 out of 5 in 2022.
His strong interest in language, communication, and education led him to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English at Dinajpur Government College, where he is currently enrolled. Through his academic journey, Muktarul has developed a solid foundation in English grammar, literature, and pedagogy, which he now imparts to hundreds of students through his academy.

Understanding the growing need for digital literacy and professional communication in the modern world, Muktarul also pursued technical education in computer applications and digital skills. He completed a six-month training program in Computer Office Applications from Daffodil Information Technology Foundation, acquiring skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and basic administrative tools.
To complement his technical knowledge, he further enrolled in a three-month professional training under E-Learning & Earning Ltd., a government-recognized institution. There, he studied Digital Marketing and Graphics Design, enhancing his proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and online marketing tools. These skills have allowed him to promote his academy online, design his own materials, and help students prepare for freelancing opportunities.
